Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice) is possibly the least famous of the Spice Girls. Her understated look (she usually dresses in loose-fitting pants and footbal jumpers while the other girls strut their stuff in short skirts and hotpants) often leads to her being overlooked in favour of one of the more 'glamourous' girls'. But Melanie maintains: "If I left my house looking a mess and a photographer took my picture, I wouldn't care. That's what I look like when I'm off to buy the milk." However, during the past year, there has been a definate change of image for Melanie. Her tracksuit pants have been tossed aside in favour of figure-hugging pants and singlets. Now, with Geri gone, there's a vacancy for Sexy Spice . . . perhaps Melanie will fill those big boots!
